Workers who ‘act like they don't want to be at work’ aren't acting, say workers.

Moaning asshole managers have been quick to put their workers down, accusing some of not wanting to be at work.

“We don’t want to be at work,” said one worker. “Absolutely fucking not. Not only is the job bad but the pay is horrific and my manager’s an absolute dickface. So when he comes in here, saying that we’re ‘acting like we don’t want to be here’, we make sure that we tell him that we’re not acting. The last place we want to be is in this shithole.”

Manager Brian Bellend told Grumpy Fuckers:

“I want my workers to smile as they dial out to customers. I’m always pushing the envelope here with my blue-sky thinking but these clowns come in and take the piss. If I had my way, I’d fire every single one of them and do it all myself. But I’m very important so I can’t do that. In fact, I’m going to call a meeting to let them know how very important I am.”

Workers often have gripes with managers who are quick to criticise but never give praise when it’s due.
